If you aren’t already familiar with Chelmsford, then you are in for a treat! Twice ranked as one of the “100 Best Places to Live in the US” by Money Magazine, Chelmsford has small-town charm, natural beauty, and interesting history; but is convenient and well-connected to everything you need.

Right outside your door at Grill Mill Chelmsford is the scenic 25-mile Bruce Freeman Rail Trail, as well as a bevy of things to eat and enjoy just a walk or quick car ride away. For the commuters, Route 495 is less than 1 mile away, and only 2 miles to Route 3.

To get an idea of where our name came from, take a short drive down Mill Road (Route 4) to Russell Mill Pond and Town Forest to see the historic Millstream Grist and Saw Mill, built circa 1656.
